Anthony Bartlett Kirklees

The first part of the week was taken up with processing new UC and standard ATLAS. I then spent some time on my expired claims in an attempt to reduce the outstanding work in my tray, I can usually finish off quite a few claims that have expired and this was the case, reducing substantially the work to do. Thursday was spent on college work as we had no Northgate. I finished at lunchtime Friday so in the morning I completed the new UC ATLAS I had been given.

Caught up on my processing work with my matched and expired claims. Also did new ATLAS and UC ATLAS. Had my first study day which I used to organise my oncoming year's course work. On Friday I had time with the external auditors assisting them in checking the Kirklees subsidy claim.

Induction week Elements done; Apprentice passport my starting point. British values. Equality & diversity. Health & safety, mental health awareness. Prevent policy / radicalisation. Citizenship. SMART & SWOT updates. Updated Skilsure. Also did course on HOUSING BENEFIT & UC, including the relevant legislation which will be very useful in the current work I do.

Working on Kirklees subsidy claim, completing spreadsheet checking the rent on claims was correct.

Signed up for course, completed maths & English tests and provided exam results.
