On Monday I did some work with another officer regarding the UC minimum income floor to help me come to grips with this and also as a part of my latest evidence submission for the Level 4 course. It was then a normal week. I only did 1 hour college on Tuesday which I used to screenshot things I needed from Northgate, I then completed my college day on Friday when there was no system again, thus allowing me processing time on Tuesday when the system was available..

On Monday I had my functional skills English exam this took up the morning. I then tried to get through my matched and expired work before we received ATLAS on Wednesday. We had a team meeting on Thursday morning then I completed my ATLAS. Friday I got through some new work and completed my VEPs for the week.

My tray is still very full as there is work outstanding that needs to be caught up with. I tried to catch up on the eldest 'new work' in my tray then the eldest 'matched and expired'. This at least brings forward the earliest date when processing. Also had to do my 3 VEPs and the latest batch of ATLAS. On Thursday I attended the BUG meeting, this is the building user group and I am now the representative from my area of the building.
