20.07.20. to 24.07.20.

I had 3 days at college working on the block week virtually from home and I had Friday off. My only working day was Monday so just tried to do what I could to keep my matched work down as I was not given any new claims due to only working the 1 day.

13.07.20. to 17.07.20.

We held a meeting to discuss the way ahead with new instructions on the Covid19 SEISS Reviews. After the discussion we felt we had a way forward and so we resumed working on these claims. Apart from these reviews other priorities remain any new HB claims, then new UC/CTR claim. It was then a case of doing my allocation of this week's ATLAS and VEPs followed by matched and any other new work I could squeeze in.

06.07.20. to 10.07.20.

We continue trying to remain on top of the workload. Work on the Covid19 reviews was suspended as further thought was being given on how to deal with the SEISS payment, these claims now remain pended until a final decision is made. As such we concentrated on other matched work once any new claims had been dealt with. This also left us with more time to do other new work in our in trays after the matched, expired, new Atlas and VEPs had been done.

29.06.20. to 03.07.20.

Not working Monday this week and Tuesday was my college day. The remaining 3 days I did my weekly allocated Atlas and VEPs then continued on with the priority work; Covid19 self-employed reviews and new UC claims. Any time remaining was spent catching up with any new claims then other matched work.
