22.06.20. to 26.06.20.

I only worked Tuesday and Thursday this week. On Tuesday I did college work and on Thursday I did my share of this week's Atlas and Veps and what other work I had time to do.

15.06.20. to 19.06.20.

The self-employed Covid19 reviews started arriving back quickly so these were given priority so people knew where they would stand and obviously the situation is complex and in constant flux. After those we were again concentrating on new claims, then matched UC claims. We have restarted the VEPS as well so these and Atlas also need to be done. Once the priorities were done we could look at expired pending claims and other new work in date order.

08.06.20. to 12.06.20.

Our ongoing work to get things back to normal continued this week. We still focus firstly on any new claims that come in then the matched new claims that we are now able to process. We also continue to do VEPs and ATLAS alongside trying to keep up with other new work and expired pending claims. As a service we have started a review of all self employed claims we have. We were all provided with a certain number of claims and we issued a specially designed self employed questionnaire asking about their income during the Covid19 lockdown and also any money they received through the SEISS scheme.

01.06.20. to 05.06.20.

VEPs were re introduced this week after not doing them during the Covid19 busiest time so we had to make time to do some of these alerts. Then we were again concentrating on getting new claims and matched work done first to continue our support of the people. Although lockdown is being eased a lot of people are still suffering financially so we need to be on top of our work to do what we can to support them. In between the new and matched work we also had our regularly weekly ATLAS work to do then what other new work there was and expired pending to look at.

25.05.20. to 29.05.20.

More of the same as we continue to move out of the Covid emergency. New claims dealt with, then the matched UC claims processed (where possible). Expired also done then as much new work in date order as possible, with ATLAS done in between.
