Only worked 3 days this week due to working on the election. As such I just managed to get my VEP tasks and Atlas done and a few matched claims in order to try and keep my tray down.

More of the same this week, the department is still trying to streamline the UC process so we were working from both lists of Atlas on Northgate and UC coming through as PDFs in our normal work. Due to this work my tray has got somewhat behind meaning I am having to manage my time and workload as well as possible to catch up as whilst keeping up with the priorities we get as a team. Hopefully the UC situation will calm down soon and this will enable me to get back on an even keel with my workload.

We commenced a new way of working with the UC Atlas this week. We started to get them through as PDFs in our work trays as opposed to via Northgate. This caused some confusion as we had duplication on some pieces of work. It also meant in an attempt to clear up the outstanding UC Atlas on Northgate we received extra lists which meant the entire working week was spent on clearing these. It is hoped within a couple of weeks this backlog will be cleared and we will be dealing with all UC Atlas via our work trays. Due to this I did very little else, 2 VEP tasks Monday and college work Tuesday.
