Same as lasyt week really, currently just trying to keep on top of all our standard work. We do not yet know the full effect the pandemic and it's aftermath will have on our society so we need to keep up to date to provide the best support for our citizens. So as usual it's all new claims first, then matched new claims. It's then making sure this weeks allocation of ATLAS and VEPs are all done. Once they are completed I can get on with all other matched work, followed by expired pending then other new work in date order.

In he build up to Christmas, when there is usually a lot of staff off we are just keepimng up to date with all our work. So as usual it's all new claims first, then matched new claims. Only a 4 day weeks this week so I did not work on the LWP phones. It was basically doing the new claism then my ATLAS and VEPS. In what time I had left I did some of my matched and expired pending, no other new work was done this week.

Currently carrying on with the our priorities after helping out doing a couple of half days on the LWP phone triage team. This means looking at all new claims first then ensuring this week's ATLAS and VEPs are done. Then it is on with matched work followed by expired pending then in what time there is left other new work in date order.
