The influx of new CTR claims has started to slow down so work has started to get back to normal. I also returned to doing a study day on Tuesday and had Wednesday off. The remaining days I kept my matched and expired up to date. The matched is particularly important at the moment as we are now getting proofs through of UC for all the new CTR claims and it is important to get these processed to continue support for the residents of Kirklees. So each day I would do my matched and expired after any new claims. Then concentrate on the other work, oldest day first. We also continue to receive ATLAS to process and a lot of HBMS were given out to the team to look into this week.

The ongoing pandemic saw a huge surge in new claims and changes of circumstances as work everywhere stopped. During April I was just processing, we deal with new claims as and when they arrive then and when they are dealt with we do as many changes if circumstances as we can.

Due to the Covid19 pandemic our work has changed, we have had the public phone calls removed so we can concentrate on dealing with the expected surge of new claims. During March I was just processing, trying to keep up to date with changes of circumstances and immediately looking at any new claims.
