There is work outstanding that needs to be caught up with. I tried to catch up on the eldest 'new work' in my tray then the eldest 'matched and expired'. This at least brings forward the earliest date when processing. No system on Friday so I swapped my college day meaning I could focus on outstanding processing on Tuesday whilst still being able to do what I needed for the course on Friday without Northgate.
