21.09.20. to 25.09.20.

Friday off this week so with college on Tuesday it means only 3 days processing. I therefore concentrate on my new claims ensuring these are done in the week. With my Atlas and VEPs there is then not much time so I try to do what other matched work I can, oldest first.

14.09.20. to 18.09.20.

We are continuing to try and keep on top of all new work. So as usual new claims are the priority then matched new claims, either housing benefit or council tax reduction. We then need to do our weekly allocation of Atlas and VEPs before moving onto other matched work and expired pending. We can then move onto other new work in date order.

07.09.20. to 11.09.20.

On leave all week.

31.08.20. to 04.09.20.

The work remains the same. New claims, both HB and CTR are the priority followed by my weekly Atlas and VEP tasks. Once these are done I work on my matched, oldest first and then try to look at any expired work I have. Once these are up to date I will try and get on with other new work, in date order. I have volunteered to help the Local Welfare Provision team in the coming weeks so am waiting for more information about this and what it will mean for my weekly work.

24.08.20. to 28.08.20.

One day off this week so with college that meant worked 3 days. Concentrated on doing all my new claims, both HB and CTR then had to do my allocation of Atlas and VEP tasks. Once these priorities were done I tried to get as mnay matched claims processed as I could in the time I had left.
