The ongoing pandemic saw a huge surge in new claims and changes of circumstances as work everywhere stopped. During April I was just processing, we deal with new claims as and when they arrive then and when they are dealt with we do as many changes if circumstances as we can.
This is the situation across the country and everywhere is backlogged. Remember to stay accurate in your processing whilst trying to maintain output.
