VEPs were re introduced this week after not doing them during the Covid19 busiest time so we had to make time to do some of these alerts.
Then we were again concentrating on getting new claims and matched work done first to continue our support of the people. Although lockdown is being eased a lot of people are still suffering financially so we need to be on top of our work to do what we can to support them.
In between the new and matched work we also had our regularly weekly ATLAS work to do then what other new work there was and expired pending to look at.
