03.08.20. to 07.08.20.

 Work has gradually returned to normal now. So any new HB claims are the priority followed by new UC and CTR claims.

We then have our weekly allocation of ATLAS and VEP cases to do.

Monitoring for new claims each day once they are done we can get on with matched work, then expired pending followed by new work, in date order.

We had a team meeting where we discussed various matters going forward and a technical issue which was starting to affect more and more staff, making the practicalities of doing the job difficult. We applied pressure to our senior manager to contact IT directly and hopefully this issue will be resolved shortly.
