05.10.20. to 09.10.20.

I am continuing to do 3 half days a week triaging calls for the Local Welfare Provision Team. Whilst this can be somewhat relentless and stressfull it also gives me view of the difficulties facing a part of our customer base in these unprecedented times. I then continue with the standard work; new claims first. Then my weekly Atlas and VEP's followed by matched new claims. What time I have left I try to catch up on other matched, expired and other new work in date order.
