28.09.20. to 02.10.20.

This week I started new duties 3 sessions a week, either morning or afternoons. I will be triaging phone calls for assistance to the Local Welfare Provision team. I take the calls, see what help they require and get full details of their personal circumstances and finances, this information is then sent to the LWP team processors who call them back and make a decision on any help we can provide. As you can imagine in the current environment they are receiving a high volume of calls and so for those 3 sessions I am not doing any processing. Otherwise it is more of the same, staying on top of new claims and new matched work then processing my allocation of Atlas and VEPs. Any spare time I have left I try to catch up on other matched and expired work then any other new work in date order.
