In he build up to Christmas, when there is usually a lot of staff off we are just keepimng up to date with all our work. So as usual it's all new claims first, then matched new claims. It's then making sure this weeks allocation of ATLAS and VEPs are all done. Once they are completed I can get on with all other matched work, followed by expired pending then other new work in date order.
